Shipping Information

Processing of Your orders

Please allow 24 to 36 hours for us to check and confirm your order. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order. An email will be sent to confirm the despatch of your order.

Method of Payment

Paypal is our main online merchat service.
Direct Credit payment is acceptable. Please notice me via email after Check out your order.  Account details will be provided to you for payment.
Money Order issued by Australia Post is acceptable. Please notice me via email after Check out your order. Your order will be sent after payment cleared.

Delivery

Goods will be posted with 2-3 days of receiving cleared payment. We have aligned ourselves with Australia Post who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. Email confirmation of despatch will be sent after goods despatched.

Package & Postage

Within Australia

Regular Air Mail or Pack and Traking by Australian Post.
Express Post is available on Request. We will try our best to choose the most economical method to despetch your order, pleaes feel free to dicsuss with us.

Outside Australia

Malaysia, Singapore, USA and UK are on our delivery list. If you are placeing your order from outside of these countries, please make contact with us for postage information.

No goods will be despatched unless payment of shipping cost is received in full.

Return Police

All items are returned within 30 days of receipt. No exchange, credit or refund can be given after 30 days for if you change of mind or if you have made a wrong decision.
 
In the event of an item arrives broken or damaged in transit, please photograph the damaged item and packaging then send an email with clear pictures to sales@miniaturesgift.com. This claim should be done upon receipt of item and no longer than
7 days from receipt. We will arrange a credit and/or replacement after receiving your claim.
 

Breakages are not covered under the 30 day return policy. The returned item(s) must be as new, such as: unused, unworn unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached. Call 0402387729 (Australia wide) or + 61 402387729 (calling from overseas) or email us with the following details at hand: Your name, Invoice number, Product name, and Reason for Return or Request for replacement, exchange, credit or refund. Your responsibility

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the Australia Post. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. We are unable give a guaranteed time of delivery.  

1. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.

2. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.  

3. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

    We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

    Cancellation by You

    If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders before the goods are dispatched. After the dispatch of goods, no cancellation will be accepted. To find out if your order has been dispatched please contact us via email: sales@minaturesgifts.com.
